Villa Freddy

The host was polite, responsive, and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. The TV room was the only part of the villa that I really liked. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was disappointing. The bedrooms were quite small and congested, and the so-called sofa bed was just a folding bed, which was uncomfortable. The rooms are on the second floor, and the staircase is very steep, narrow, and in poor condition. My husband tripped more than once, including while carrying luggage, which made moving around stressful. The location was also misleading. It is not a 2-minute drive to the beach as advertised. We had to take an auto to Rock Beach, which cost around ₹150. While the host's hospitality was good, the property itself did not meet our expectations, and I would recommend staying in White Town if your priority is easy access to the main attractions.

I shall share my likings and non likings as my review is still not editable. Likings: 1. Vanitha Madam was very gentle. She helped with the cleaning and all. Very soft spoken 2. The TV room was good and spacious. 3. Bathrooms were also ok. 4. Terrace was good for drying clothes. 5. Hospitable hosts. Dislikings: 1. Staircase was too steep and narrow. I slipped twice. Once with luggage as well 2. Bedsheets never stay in place. Once slept upon, you wake up on the mattress with the bedsheet aside. 3. One folding bed was provided which was not comfortable and made the room too congested. 4. Everytime we went to the beach, it costed us Rs. 150 per auto.
