6 months agoI'm from Coimbatore and recently planned a family trip to Pondicherry. Our stay was truly enjoyable and comfortable. We stayed at Castle 360, and I must say, they did an good job in maintaining the rooms and treating tourists with great respect.The location is also very convenient — with easy access to key places like Manakula Vinayakar Temple, Perumal Temple, and Pondicherry Rock Beach.I highly recommend Castle 360 for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Pondicherry.Thanks to the Castle 360 team for making our stay so memorable!

7 months agoNo doubt best in the area. The staff and manager are too good and take care of everything. Actually i stayed for one day with my friend and after one day they kept our bags safely even after our checkout. Overall best experience

7 months agoWe stayed here for two nights. The location is great. Hospitality is great. Rooms are a small though. They let us keep our luggage for the next day and also gave us a room for a change of clothes as it was raining outside. Our phones had gone bad because of getting dipped in water. They helped us by getting printouts of our tickets. Also, guided us on places to visit.

9 months agoI recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The property was well-maintained, and the ambiance was calm and welcoming. The staff were polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient.The room was clean, spacious, and came with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and ensured everything was neat during my time there. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked well, which made the stay relaxing.
